We are in search of a Financial Data Analyst to become part of our non-profit team based in Menlo Park, California. In this role, you will be involved in the processing and analyzing of financial data, focusing on fixed assets and capital budgeting. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. In order to be considered for this role, you must have Tableau Prep Builder experience. Helpful, but not mandatory, is proficiency with Workday Financial Software. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process financial data with a specific focus on fixed assets.

• Utilize Tableau Desktop and UiPath for automation and process improvements.

• Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Resolve any financial inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions for any discrepancies.

• Involve in the process of capital budgeting to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

• Utilize your skills in workflow automation to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

• Work with the Workday platform for financial management and human capital.

• Contribute towards process automation projects to streamline financial operations.

• Handle other related duties and tasks as required in a financial data analysis role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Proficient in Tableau Prep Builder for creating interactive data visualizations is mandatory.

• Demonstrable experience with UiPath for automating business processes is nice to have, but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Workday Financial Management software is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

• Strong skills in automation and process automation, with an emphasis on financial data.

• Experience with UI automation, specifically in financial data analysis workflows.

• Familiarity with workflow automation, particularly in the context of financial data management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
