Meta Compliance & Ethics Learning Programs: Learning Program Manager in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Meta is seeking a Learning Program Manager to join our Compliance & Ethics Learning Programs team. In this role, you'll deliver innovative, high-quality learning assets with measurable results that empower our personnel to confidently navigate legal obligations, company policies, risks, and ethical considerations.As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute comprehensive learning programs that cater to diverse learners across various programs, including new hire onboarding, annual training, role-based training, risk-based training, and leader/manager development. You'll design and deliver effective and engaging solutions, including e-learns, micro-learns, and other digitally-based guidance materials and resources, using your creativity and understanding of adult learning principles to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable language. Required Skills:

Compliance & Ethics Learning Programs: Learning Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of learning solutions (including instructor-led materials, guidance materials, employee engagement activities, e-learns, video/animations, and web-based resources) to support people in the flow of their work that enable Meta Personnel to comply with legal obligations and company policies and navigate risk and ethical considerations

  2. Author compelling, engaging, relevant, story and scenario-driven content to make legal and compliance concepts accessible and understandable to a company-wide audience

  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion

  4. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve desired outcomes

  5. Identify and escalate issues or roadblocks quickly and find appropriate solutions to keep project(s) moving forward

  6. Engage with partners and team members of all levels including leaders, communicating effectively, driving alignment, staying focused on goals and target outcomes, and facilitating progress

  7. Work in partnership with our Learning & Analytics & Measurement team to develop measurement plans, assess impact and effectiveness of projects, and utilize insights gathered to inform future work on the programs

  8. Demonstrate attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables within approved timelines and budget

  9. Display effective organizational skills while managing multiple and competing priorities

  10. Contribute to shaping our team's strategic direction, identifying innovative solutions that help achieve our team's mission and vision

  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in learning and development, applying this knowledge to inform program design and delivery

  12. This job may require occasional travel to attend stakeholder meetings, support production of learning assets, support compliance and ethics employee engagement activities, and/or other business purposes at various domestic Meta offices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in learning & development, communications, or a related field, with a focus on designing and authoring content for various modalities and influencing mindsets and behaviors

  2. Proven experience leading projects, facilitating partnerships, and communicating effectively with leaders and business stakeholders

  3. Experience working in a productive, deliverable-based environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

  1. Degree (or equivalent continuing education) in Learning Science, Instructional Design, Education, Training, Communications, Media Production, Legal, Compliance, or a related field

  2. Experience designing novel learning solutions that incorporate non-traditional modalities, such as interactive video, podcasts, experiential activities, and just-in-time support

  3. Experience working in the Legal, Compliance & Ethics space in a heavily regulated environment

Public Compensation:

$115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
