Meta Compensation Program Analyst (Short Term Employment) in Menlo Park, California

Required Skills:

Compensation Program Analyst (Short Term Employment) Responsibilities:

  1. Support the planning and execution of job analysis activities and job architecture implementation while juggling multiple workstreams

  2. Foster cross-functional partnership with multiple teams within and outside of the compensation function to collaborate on project delivery

  3. Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods

  4. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and compensation modeling files and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported

  5. Apply experience in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to observe trends and help inform, influence, and execute our business decisions

  6. Develop materials and artifacts to communicate results of job analysis and/or job architecture findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including those at the executive-level

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience in compensation, consulting, finance, operations or related field

  2. Experience with Excel, including building analysis and models

  3. Project management experience, supporting multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree or MBA

  2. Experience conducting job analysis projects/reviews

  3. Experience guiding and preparing compensation survey submissions

  4. Experience leading end-to-end job analysis(es) or job architecture projects

  5. Experience in consulting-firm capacity supporting and advising companies on job analysis, job architecture and/or job leveling decisions

Public Compensation:

$115,000/year to $172,000/year + benefits
