Meta Analytics Program Manager in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Analytics Program Management drives data initiatives to successful delivery. Demonstrating communication and collaboration, Analytics Program Management understands Meta’s data landscape and builds connections across disparate team members including engineering, data science, and business XFNs to deliver key measurement and insights globally. We drive efficiency, instill process, cultivate relationships, increase knowledge sharing, and facilitate meaningful external collaborations and partnerships. In this role, you will execute project-specific and org-wide programs as well as utilize processes to build capacity and support growing data needs.You will understand the role of data in product. You will have experience with proven execution and follow through skills, experience multitask under pressure, and be highly detail-oriented and self-driven. You will be entrepreneurial, experienced navigating ambiguous situations, connecting resources and overcomes barriers. This person will also work with external professional services, data tool vendors, central product teams, and various apps within Meta, and is responsible for providing program updates at multiple levels including to exec management. You will be a proven leader and have project management, analytical, execution, organizational and communication skills ideally developed through working on data and analytic intensive functions. Success in the role is leading complex programs, developing successful partnerships, delivery against aligned commitments, being recognized as a leader within multiple orgs including Facebook, Risk, Family Foundations, Messenger, Monetization, and others, and establish operating rhythm leading to needs and resource alignment.

Required Skills:

Analytics Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Technical Product Management, and Leadership to operationalize team goals, maintain accurate priorities, and hold self and teams accountable for execution

  2. Establish, build on, clarify and represent program scope, deliver elevated communication to drive transparency and establish trust and advocate to unblock teams

  3. Own execution of large, complex projects from initiating program to operational maintenance and own proactive progress reporting across multiple levels including with executives

  4. Drive cross-functional collaboration within Facebook, Family of Apps, Risk, and Meta-wide scale and research raw ideas maintaining subject matter expertise and staying abreast of technological developments

  5. Manage vendor and data partner relationships externally and align budget

  1. 12+ years of experience in a project/program management role with proven people influencing experience including with virtual and global teams and proven organizational skills

  2. Experience multitasking continuously and operating autonomously across multiple teams in a highly flexible, large-scale environment

  3. Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical planning, and thrives in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios

  4. Demonstrated collaboration competency including proven interpersonal skills, relationship building, stakeholder management, and collaboration with a cross-functional, global team.

  5. Proven presentation, and communication experience with key stakeholders including experience aligning priorities and expectations within teams across a very large organization

  6. Experience negotiating contracts and proven track record of defining and delivering against expectations

  2. B.S. in a technical, business, or marketing discipline

Public Compensation:

$172,000/year to $241,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
