A company located in the greater Memphis area is seeking a Staff Accountant that can thrive in a fast paced environment and adapts easily. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: entering purchase order invoices and credits, process orders, reconcile vendor statements, check runs, printing checks
Deposits: checks, cash receipts, credit cards
Accounts Receivable: weekly aging reports, collections, ACH deposits
End of month closing
Journal entries
Reconcile balance sheets
Run reports
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
Skills
Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is preferred)
Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is preferred)
