  1. General Maintenance and Repairs:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing doors, windows, locks, and appliances.

  • Address minor carpentry needs like repairing cabinetry, patching drywall, and replacing tiles.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems and equipment remain in good working order.

  1. Plumbing Maintenance:
  • Fix leaks, unclog drains, and repair or replace faucets, toilets, and water heaters.

  • Identify and resolve minor issues in sewer systems or water lines.

  1. Electrical Maintenance:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.

  • Replace and maintain electrical fixtures such as lightbulbs, ceiling fans, and smoke detectors.

  1. HVAC Systems:
  • Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • Replace air filters and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions (if certified).

  1. Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure the property complies with safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
