Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry in Memphis, Tennessee, United States, for a Controller role. In this position, you will be instrumental in providing detailed analysis of financial results, budgets, and forecasts. Your expertise will be paramount in driving sustainable business performance improvement while maintaining transparency in key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee processes for transparent financial reporting to global and US region leadership as well as product management.

• Support compliance with Sarbanes Oxley [SOX], US GAAP, and all applicable policies, leading alignment efforts with Accounting Policy, Internal Controls, and Assurance.

• Drive optimization of region-based processes in line with global fast close process, utilizing your knowledge of the SAP Torque system and ability to adapt to new applications.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, sales, marketing, product managers, etc., on special finance projects to promote optimization and process harmonization.

• Maintain high quality and compliance of financial data and business information, with a particular focus on key financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow.

• Uphold a safe working environment, supporting continuous HSE improvement processes and integrity performance.

• Challenge the status quo to bring about greater automation, insight, and process efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency with 3M processes and systems

• Extensive experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in the use of CRM

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports

• Ability to handle full spectrum Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Strong background in Auditing

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Knowledge of SAP systems

• Proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
