Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing custom fiberglass company in Melrose, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Facility Trainer role on the 1st shift. Hours for this position are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for this opportunity ranges between $22.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Ensure new hires are given basic overall fiberglass process information Ensure new hires are given specific training/information for their job duties Identify and assist in cross-training needs between departments Continuous employee check-ins regarding skill development Assist employees and leadership in identifying additional strengths and interests.
