Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Tech
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Tech to maintain the facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in plumbing, painting, drywall repair, and electrical work.
Responsibilities
Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs.
Handle HVAC system maintenance, including air conditioning repairs.
Carry out painting and drywall repair tasks.
Execute carpentry tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on various facility systems.
Essential Skills
Facilities maintenance experience
Proficiency in plumbing and electrical work
Experience with HVAC systems and air conditioning
Skilled in painting and drywall repair
Carpentry skills
Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance abilities
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in facilities repair
Capability to work on various repair and maintenance tasks
Strong problem-solving skills

Work Environment
Work will be conducted both inside and outside of golf course buildings and the clubhouse. The role requires adaptability to different environmental conditions.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
