Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic testing lab team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of testing projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and contribute to the overall success of our testing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Collaborate with RPOs and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with testing staff, including RPOS and lab staff.

  • Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure project goals are met.

  • Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize productivity.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in Sharepoint.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability in testing procedures.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.

Client Interaction

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project progress.

Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and expectations.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement solutions to address challenges.

Continuous Improvement

  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering).

  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a testing or laboratory environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and industry standards.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
