As an Advisory Consultant, you are a key member of the Dell Professional Services Team supporting our elite and wide customer base on their IT Transformation journey into a Digital future. Specific focus being on Defining Customer Transformation Roadmap, Modernizing Data centers, Multi Cloud operating Models and Business Resiliency by offering comprehensive solutions from Core to Edge and into the Cloud. DT Services approach is based on Proven processes, Time to Value and offering Consistent customer outcomes.

What you’ll achieve
Dell Technologies Services from consulting perspective is focused on Data & Applications, Cloud Platforms, Modern Workforce Experience and Business Resiliency areas. To enhance our capabilities, we are looking for a motivated and experienced consultant, who can contribute in sales pursuits by offering deep technical expertise, a Point of View, conduct customer workshops to identify business issues and Architect relevant solutions for our customers and subsequently deliver these engagements in Customer’s environment.
Assist our customers in their IT Transformation journey around Core-Edge-Cloud solutions
Act as a SME and trusted advisor to stakeholders for all aspects of IT Transformation solutions
Support sales pursuits team an advisory role, providing competency and product based solutioning and help in deal-closures
Provide technical leadership for Consulting solutions opportunities across range of complex engagements around DC Modernization, Workload migrations and Multi Cloud environment
Extract requirements from business and understands technical and business impact of those requirements
Have the ability to lead solution and proposal development once project goals and objectives have been defined.
Ability to analyze business requirements, implementation, customization, integration and documentation for the customer, project management, change management, etc.
Work closely with Sales, pre-sales, project managers, other consulting team members, and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode.
Validate requirements, prototyping and functionality design and oversees creation and quality of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements
Provide technical leadership, engagement Governance and Quality assurance issue resolution,
Lead PoC, Pilots testing, technical reviews and presents architecture and design solutions
Contribute directly to the development of IP, Methodology and Engagement model
Actively drive technology solutions and prepares compelling propositions within senior client environment. Awareness of stakeholders and ability to influence outcomes
Proven experience in successfully managing all aspects of projects, including delivery margin, project planning, SOW adherence, with multiple workstream and customer interface
Ability to effectively support business development and deliver at the same time Understands that travel may be required for extended periods of time

Skills and Experience
A solid understanding and proven experience on Identity and Access Management Solutions across Active Directory, LDAP, AD Federated services and Azure AD.
A deep understanding with relevant experience on Microsoft Hyper -V, Azure Stack HCI and SCCM and SCVMM
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, SQL, Exchange and SharePoint
Deep technical understanding of AWS infrastructure and PaaS offering
Solid experience understanding of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and PaaS Offering
Proven expertise of VMware vSphere, VCF and Software Designed Datacenters
Deep understanding and experience on Enterprise SAN and NAS platforms
Experienced with Datacenter Networking, Firewalls and Routing protocols
Experience in leading complex largescale implementations or part of a similar global project
Awareness of stakeholder’s management and ability to influence outcomes
Strong presentation skills with an ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
Workshop facilitation skills and the ability to engage with and elicit stakeholder’s input
Outstanding Communication, Presentation and Documentation skills
Collaborative work style with Excellent Influencing Skills
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Educational Qualification & Certifications
Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
MCSE Core Infrastructure / MCSA Windows Server 2016
VCP DCV Certified
TOGAF 9 Certified
ITIL V4 Certified
