Location: Media, PA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm Pay range: $18-$20 per hour Primary Function: Have the ability, skills and knowledge to perform the different jobs required in the field of building maintenance. Duties and Responsibilities:

Day to day performance of repairs and general physical maintenance of all CRS sites, PCH sties and other non-Media campus failities, as required Make recommendations for repairs/renovations to be performed by outside contractors, and coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors Communicate with site supervisors and program managers regarding repair and/or maintenance needs. Adhere to all Elwyn policies Keep daily maintenance records, as well as any other records required by licensing agencies and local building codes Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Trade or technical school preferred. Valid driver's license with three years safe driving history. One - two years experience working in general maintenance and/or mechanical trade.
