Retirement Savings Plan Join the Elwyn Team -  As a member of the HR Systems Team, the Human Resources Portal Administrator serves as the primary contact for Elwyn's HR Self Service Portal, handling a range of responsibilities that may include content management, workflow creation, troubleshooting, and training of the HR portal to ensure the application meets the needs, requirements, and objectives of the organization. The Human Resources Portal Administrator is responsible for understanding HR and HR-related technical issues as they relate to Elwyn's HR Technology stack. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for configuration, maintenance, and testing for all pre-approved portal configuration, including but not limited to -- employee self-service rules, manager self-service rules, onboarding, policies, performance management, employee documents, articles, training assist, and communication campaigns Provide subject matter expertise around the optimization and streamlining of system processes within the HR Self Service Portal, and related portions within core Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Act as liaison between business, HR Systems team and HR team on all portal functions and processes, proactively identifying ways to utilize HR portal and data to support the needs of the groups. Where appropriate, make recommendations about where functional processes should be re-engineered or trained to improve system performance Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for the planning and implementation of portal workflows and processes for all levels of the business including practitioners, managers, and employees Provide daily HR support for ongoing questions to portal functions Lead requirement-gathering and analysis for portal, enhancements, reports, and fixes Drive the documentation of cross-functional standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, procedures, and practices related to the end-to-end time portal processes Coordinate with training support departments on development and delivery of user training for all levels, providing content through multiple methods: paper job aides, live training events and guided online tutorials Partner with HRIS System Manager on administration of manager and employee security within HR portal, adjusting access automations when needed, and maintaining documentation on permissions assigned Maintain integrity of the HR portal by conducting routine audits of data, processes, and user access Provide oversight and guidance to ensure all portal processes meet all data privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements for all geographies and industries Support all advanced routine and ad-hoc reporting and dashboards for the HR portal; provide process guidance for HR practitioners to confidently run routine reports Drive efficient reporting metrics & analytics and analyze impacts to downstream reporting and systems Lead issue resolution efforts across end-users, peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required. Work closely with systems vendors to resolve any systems related issues, implement required updates, and design and maintain system interfaces. Play key role in project efforts including defining project scope, development of workplans and timelines Act as project lead for the HR Portal including development of business requirements, analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Act as HR portal SME on all future company acquisitions, system upgrades and implementations Proactively seek ways to stay current on knowledge of systems technology, industry requirements, trends, and skills by taking training courses, maintaining enrollment in HR membership associations or networking with others involved in talent systems administration Support other HR Systems Administrators on projects and processes with the HR Technology ecosystem Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum three (3) years' experience working in Human Resources and HR technology High School Diploma or GED Experience in both functional and technical HR roles is preferred Experience with Enterprise level HR systems required, UKG preferred Ability to provide support, mostly virtual, to a complex workforce with wide range of technical capabilities Experience with Human Services industry or other industry with large and complex regulatory requirements Prior experience with the following: unionized workforce, remote workforce, California employees, Federal contracts Demonstrated advanced experience with Microsoft suite including Excel (pivot tables, databases, formulas), MS Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint Proven track record to find solutions to problems Proven track record for process improvement and efficiency Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and high level of data accuracy Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Demonstrated positive attitude which inspires other team members Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities Must possess excellent customer service skills and written and verbal communication skills, High level of professionalism and ability to work with and interact with company personnel at all levels Must have reliable access to internet connection and able to participate in virtual meetings with video on when working remotely Must have reliable arrangements in place for any children or other household members requiring supervision during regular business hours Position may require travel (less than 10%) to Elwyn locations within the US PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL PROFILE: See Physical Demands Checklist below which represents the general physical demands and environment conditions to which the employee holding this position must meet, in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
