Elwyn, a leader in supporting those with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking a passionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team. You will play a vital role in helping individuals access the care they need.

In this role, you will:

Be the first point of contact: Answer calls, track referrals, and manage the ARTF Intake Office. Conduct assessments: Evaluate referrals to determine the best program fit. Make admissions decisions: Approve or deny admissions following established guidelines. Maintain strong relationships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to growth: Track referrals and identify opportunities to increase admissions.

To be successful, you will need:

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Experience in mental health: Knowledge of behavioral healthcare and residential treatment. Strong communication skills: Effectively interact with clients, families, and professionals. Excellent organizational skills: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills: Independently find solutions and make sound decisions. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. CPR/Crisis Intervention certified: Prioritize safety and well-being.
