Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Child Nutrition General Manager for our K12 school account in Medford, Oregon. The best qualified General Manager will have strong hands-on operational experience and will be accessible to staff, while being able to delegate responsibilities and track progress of team development. A valid driver's license required and K12 experience with NSLP is preferred.At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do
have oversight of day-to-day operations, managing employees both on-site and remotely;
deliver high quality food service;
achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
develop strategic plans;

ensure Sodexo standards are met.

What You Bring
have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Management Experience - 4 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years’ experience in management of school nutrition programs
