Retro Environmental, a well-established Selective Demolition and Environmental Remediation Company, is seeking to hire a Full-Time Roll off Driver.

Job Summary: A Roll off Driver for Retro Environmental is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of equipment and materials to and from job sites. Drivers play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our company by ensuring timely and accurate transportation services.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment, in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
- Load and unload equipment and supplies according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Secure and properly store equipment and materials during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at job sites and maximize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with operations and warehouse managers, superintendents, and supervisors to coordinate transportation needs and maintain open lines of communication.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance to support reporting and documentation requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
- Continuously monitor and assess road conditions and adjust driving techniques accordingly to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
Assist with general labor duties in warehouse and on job sites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Five years related experience.
- Valid driver's license with no moving violations withing the last three years.
- Experience in driving box trucks, stake body and single axel dump type hauling of light equipment vehicles.
- Knowledge of applicable traffic laws, regulations, and safety practices.
- Ability to operate various vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks when required.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and travel to job sites as needed.
- Willing to travel throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

- Must pass physical fitness test.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- A criminal background check, drug and alcohol screen will be conducted.
