Description
A multi-state, regional organization is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant/Paralegal to join its McMinnville, OR headquarters. Known for its innovative and client-focused approach, this organization offers tailored services and solutions across Oregon, Washington and Montana.
Key Responsibilities include:
Track and maintain regulatory compliance documents like business licenses and contracts;
Provide administrative support for contract management and execution;
Coordinate legal filings and assist with document discovery;
High-level administrative support, including calendar management and correspondence for senior executives;
Prepare executive reports, organize legal records, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $70,000–$85,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with employer match and paid vacation, sick, and holidays.

Requirements
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal administrative role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
