The Purchasing Analyst will serve as liaison between Project Delivery, Estimating, Purchasing, and Contracts Management on all budget and project purchasing setups

Responsibilities

• Work with purchasing teams and contracts management group to manage updates to purchasing budgets

• Manage input of project setup requests including project purchasing budgets into cost management system (PACE)

• Create list (Exhibit) of Contract Documents for subcontract agreements

• Set up Building Connected purchasing sites

• Manage/monitor Subcontractor Qualification Application invitations, expirations and renewals (Trade Tapp Liaison).

• Internal training of purchasing systems

• Provide regular reporting on purchasing status to group leadership

• Set up and lead Purchasing Kick-off Meetings

• Assist on Bid day as needed

• Subcontractor outreach and attend industry events

• Cultivate a network of industry relationships to bring potential business opportunities to Clark leadership

• Cultivate industry relationships to help attract and recruit top talent to Clark. A mindset of "All team members are recruiters"

• Exceed our stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience

• Basic understanding of the construction industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Well organized and detail-oriented

• Self-starter and able to work independently

• Adaptable and possess ability to multitask
