This role: A day and week in the life…
Support configuration workflow for new client implementation projects as needed.
Assist with gathering and analysis of client business requirements and objectives and provide recommendations on how to best tailor the software configuration to meet those objectives.
Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, and/or workarounds to enhance the client’s experience.
Participate in internal testing for new functionality and support User acceptance testing with clients.
Lead pre-launch review and validation prior to go live.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
Worked 3 years as software business analyst.
Earned a BA/BS degree in a related field.
Experience implementing Software-as-a-Service based applications.
Have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
