Citizens National Bank Customer Service Representative in MCCONNELSVILLE, Ohio

Citizens National Bank of McConnelsville is hiring a full-time Personal Banker. Qualified applicants possess the drive to excel and a heart for customer service. This position is all about building trust and long-lasting relationships by making a difference and contributing to clients' financial success.

As a Personal Banker and Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in-person, on the phone, and online. You are expected to provide excellent customer service while being professional, flexible, accurate, and dependable. Your responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, handling account services, detecting and preventing fraud, and cross-selling products. You will also conduct various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check-cashing, and balance machines and bank accounts.

You must actively follow security, risk management, and compliance standards while regularly completing required training. This role requires teamwork and the ability to work independently. An advanced level of computing technology proficiency, knowledge of banking products, and a positive attitude are needed to succeed. Preferred qualifications: Previous banking experience or relevant customer service experience. Required education: High school diploma or GED.
