ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Engineer in McAllen, Texas
Manpower is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a growing manufacturing facility in South McAllen. .The purpose of this position is to train, lead productivity, develop projects and support process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of reducing manufacturing costs and maximizing profitability.
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: McAllen
Pay Range: 75K- 90K
What’s the Job?
Evaluate existing processes and configuration of mfg systems
Review Value Stream Maps to identify process gaps
Develop work instructions, implement KPIs and drive quality
Create innovative solutions to improve production output.
What’s Needed?
Strong process engineering and data analysis skills
Working knowledge of manufacturing process improvement tools and methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of lean and statical methods and application to product or process engineering
Expertise in Lean Kaizen and 5S programs
