Robert Half Accounting Administrative Assistant in Mcadoo, Pennsylvania

Description

We are working with a dynamic company located in McAdoo, PA, dedicated. In our small office setting, we pride ourselves on a collaborative environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our success. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments including but not limited to answering phones, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.

  • Assist with accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing payments.

  • Handle accounts receivable duties including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

  • Support the office with general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders including vendors, clients, and customers.

  • Maintain organized records and documentation both electronically and physically.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a small office environment.

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and experience in accounts payable/receivable functions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities.
