ProMedica Health System Support Coordinator IV - CNE Education - Full Time - Days in Maumee, Ohio
Provides comprehensive secretarial support to leadership and educators ensure efficient and effective operation of the Center of Nursing Excellence.
1.Provides educational program support including:
Confidential and routine communications
Maintaining educational manuals/handouts
Arranging for classroom and educational materials and equipment,
Registering employees for scheduled classes (e.g., PCO, PNO, Unit Clerk, NA, Basic EKG, Preceptor ),
Scheduling retakes of classes and competency assessments.
Proctoring classes and competency testing as requested.
Initiates and completes billing for educational services
Provides accurate record keeping and filing of all program documents
Gathers complex data and prepares reports of department education services ensuring confidentiality as necessary (e.g. program evaluations, monthly productivity reports).
2.Facilitates efficient departmental education operations including
Welcomes customers to the department through telephone and reception functions.
Provides customers with information and services as requested in a timely manner, keeping customer satisfaction in forefront of all interactions.
Assists with communication with system educator and leadership regarding education services on an ongoing basis.
Maintaining department records
Ordering adequate office, and program supplies
Facilitates accurate budget records, (generating, tracking and maintaining P.O.'s and invoices). If needed, performs payroll functions.
3.Provides support for educational deployment and data collection of completion including input into the LMS and use of the report features as well as paper tracking and facilitation
4.Supports councils, committees, and task forces facilitated by PCNE through preparation of agendas and materials, and the taking and distribution of minutes.
5.Supports nursing student and faculty affiliations including:
Initial contracting communication
Demographic receipt and input into Lawson
Ongoing customer service/liaison with schools
Faculty orientation processes
Student orientation processes (including web content)
Site and preceptor placement communication
6.Performs other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree preferred.
Requires independent judgment. Receives minimal supervision and guidance.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills. Must be strong team player with the ability to work in dynamic environment.
Must have exceptional computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data bases. Expertise in Learning Management Systems and Authorware preferred
Requires knowledge of business operations, organizational abilities, critical thinking.
