The role of the Account Director is to turn every touchpoint into on-going customer engagement. Through creative interactions, relevant events, recognition and retention programs, the Account Director will assist the client development team from prospecting, closing of sales through retention and repeat business. The Account Director will work to make everything from the smallest of interactions to multi-million-dollar wins feel unique and memorable for Dynata Customers.
