Insight Global Client Service Manager in Maspeth, New York

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Client Service Manager to join one of their top clients in Maspeth, NY. This individual will be responsible for first line support for all external clients, handling any immediate concerns, problems, or active site issues, mostly through email and phone communication. This person will work hand and hand with Relationship Managers and Project Managers to resolve client demands quickly and effectively. Issues may range from invoicing and billing to site production and production quality. This person needs to have excellent communication skills and be well organized. This person should be able to prioritize appropriately and manage multiple initiatives at once. This person should also be flexible to respond to client demands off hours when needed.

Skills and Requirements

-0-6 years' experience within client and customer support

-Strong experience with MS Office

-Experience within construction, electrical, engineering or materials

-Strong communication and organization skills -Experience specifically with Signage

-Flexibility around working as needed case by case null
