Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Development Lead in IT. The SAP Development Lead-Hybris/eCommerce is responsible for: overseeing and working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction; working closely with customers and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and performing application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement work; and involved in complex support issues. Also establishing Hybris application development standards and solutions; assisting in the development of processes and procedures for development and delivery; executing development changes according to defined development methodology, documenting efforts according to business requirements and change management procedures; providing technical recommendations on design or architecture improvements; and establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with various IT and business teams.
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or Technical related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in each of the following:
Hybris/eCommerce including configuring and customizing the Hybris application
Professional experience with Java Enterprise frameworks or similar with proven ability to understand class structures and coding frameworks
Minimum 5 years of experience in each of the following:
SAP/Hybris techno-functional experience implementing eCommerce and integrating it with fulfillment and customer management systems
Establishing and maintaining SAP/Hybris development practices and procedures
Solution design and architecture of large, complex websites and/or web applications (web content management or eCommerce)
Creating transports and tasks for change management
SAP experience in Fortune 1000 or like enterprises, including requirements gathering and customization
Using an Integrated Development Environment. Must be able to set up a local developer environment and successfully utilize GIT tools. Must be able to install and set up the JDK and have it register with the system for use with the IDE (Eclipse) for development
Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects; working collaboratively with project teams and leading the development team to gather requirements and assist teams to translate requirements into design and solution
Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management
Experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation in functional/technical area
Experience with each of the following - implemented enterprise B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions; prior experience with SAML 2.0 integrations; prior experience implementing credit card processing solutions; experience with JDBC, EJB3, and Hibernate; experience with Oracle SQL, MS SQL, or similar SQL; experience with SOAP Web Services
