Honeywell Field Site Installations Supervisor - 100% travel in Mason, Ohio

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Site Installations Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and facilitating field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and this position will be remote as there will be extensive travel throughout the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Travel throughout US overseeing subcontractors completing hands on field services work for conveyor systems installations.

  • Provide technical expertise and facilitate field service operations

  • Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

  • Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

  • Travel 100% extensively within the US and internationally.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies

  • Experience managing mechanical and/or electrical subcontractors in a complex installation work environment.

  • Valid Driver's license.

WE VALUE

  • Ability to travel internationally, including ability to obtain a passport upon hire.

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

  • Project coordination skills including ordering supplies, managing inventory, problem solving, scheduling.

  • OSHA 10/30 certified

  • 2+ years of experience in Industrial Automation or Material Handling systems

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements

  • Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
