• Interface with Air Force FM staff to ensure execution of high priority data management tasks.
• Establish an improved financial data management environment (DME) for Air Force financial data.
• Apply Data Capability Assessment Model (DCAM) best practices to support Chief Data Officer (CDO) data operations
• Develop a robust metadata framework and repository that aligns with Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) FM strategic goals.
• Development and execute enterprise data strategy, implementation plans, data standards and business rules.
• Establish a governance framework that ensures consistency and accountability in data management across the organization.

[[Basic Qualifications:]{verdana=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}

• Bachelors degree in data science, computer science or similar field with 4-6 years of experience OR Masters Degree with 2-4 years of experience.
• Experience with data management for DoD FM organizations using the DCAM model.
• Expertise with Advana, FASTR and Commanders Resources Information System (CRIS) and other Air Force FM systems.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• US Citizenship and possess an active US Government Secret Clearance with ability to maintain the security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
