Summary:

The primary role of the position is to assist the Marketing Manager and the sales personnel in various roles for the company. This includes following up with vendors for both products that have been returned for credit, Co-op credits, and vendor rebates. Support key sales functions through reporting, labor bills, call queues, open directs, etc. Assist with the execution of any marketing event as needed; this may include some recruitment events. Manage various vendor/customer report requests specifically with customer programs. Any additional duties as assigned.

This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager but work very closely with the Digital Coordinator, Billing and Accounts Payable Supervisor, Frost Management, and the sales teams.

Follows all workplace safety standards and follows established safety procedures. Identifies any issues, takes corrective action, and reports to supervisor as appropriate. Attends all required Frost-provided safety orientation and training.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to conceive & recommend innovative process improvements and department development recommendations.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro) required, as well as other general office equipment. Familiarity with business operating systems preferred but not required. This position WILL BE REQUIRED to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and may require extended periods of sitting.

  • Some travel among branches may be required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

· Reporting

o Maintain and keep accurate reporting for customers and specialized programs for the entire company.

o Track incentive programs for both our MO and IL branches, this could include credits for events.

o Maintain pricing reports for various ordering programs that our customers utilize.

o Various vendor reports.

· Admin

o Tasked with tracking all Credit Returns/Rebates for vendors including processing of the paperwork and follow up with vendors.

o Manage Call Complete orders for Sales.

§ Requesting invoices for open directs.

o Manage labor bills / back charges.

o Assist Accounts Payable as needed.

· Marketing:

o Help with distribution of promotional items as necessary.

o Help submit co-op entries and/or purchase orders as assigned.

o Request reimbursement with vendors, input information into Eclipse, track the status of request until reimbursed (through COOP funds or with product).

o Supports customer events such as counter days, trade shows, BBQ’s, golf events, parties, sport outings and boxing events as needed.

o Works with the marketing manager and sales leadership as needed or directed.
