Graybar Collection Assistant in Maryland Heights, Missouri

As a Collection Assistant, you will perform collection duties for a defined portfolio of accounts.
In this role you will:
Develop relationships with your assigned portfolio of customers
Ensure invoices are being paid in a timely manner; meet assigned collection goals
Provide customers with reports and information on their accounts
Update customer data
What you bring to the table:
Customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle a consistent volume of customer inquiries
3+ years related experience preferred
2 year degree preferred
Work shift and hours:
Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
In-office to start during 3 month training period, followed by a hybrid rotational schedule of 2 weeks in the office and 2 weeks remote.
Paid time-off, including 3+ weeks of vacation, sick time, and volunteer time.
Compensation Details:
- The expected rate of pay for this position is starting at $19.00/hour depending on experience.
