Three Saints Bay, LLC a Federal Contracting leader is looking for Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Martinsburg, WV.

Qualified candidates will be expected to:

  • Maintain Human Resources Information System by inputting and updating data as needed in the appropriate systems.

  • Track and process new employee transitions, compensation actions and status changes in an accurate and timely manner

  • Ensure that new employees have completed all appropriate onboarding paperwork, training, and employee maintenance documents throughout their employment.

  • Track and close out tasks in the applicant tracking system.

  • Monitor employee reviews ensuring they are closed.

  • Monitor and respond to ticket requests.

  • Assists with the processing of the employee pre-employment background screenings and security processes as needed.

  • Conduct New Hire orientation.

  • Track required annual training. Facilitate annual training completion. Participate in preparing a training curriculum.

  • Attend daily HR calls, participate in HR meetings, and provide statistical reporting as needed and directed.

  • Provide effective and timely responses & resolutions to employee relation issues.

  • Participate in, Plan & Organize employee recognition events.

  • Assist in organizing benefit open enrollment meetings.

  • Provide assistance in ensuring compliance regulations are met.

  • Provide support in administering Human Resource and contractual policies and procedures.

  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Valid US driver’s license.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

  • Must be able to pass a DOJ Public Trust Background Investigation.

  • College Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; Related coursework and work experience may be substituted for a degree.

  • Minimum 3 years of job-related experience in an administrative role supporting a team.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience is preferred, preferably experience in government contracting.

  • Must have strong MS-Office application experience.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • High ethical integrity and ability to keep information confidential is mandatory.

  • Human Resources Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred

  • Experience with TALEO, Ultipro/UKG, CostPoint, Deltek T&E and Benetrac a plus but not required.

  • Experience in administering leave requests and accommodations particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans.

  • Knowledge of government regulations i.e., Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act a strongly preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
