Phase Direct Support Professional in Marshall, Minnesota
1000 sign-on Bonus-- Purpose Provide person-centered, community inclusive support that helps a person develop and maintain essential and personally enriching life experiences. Facilitate occupational development, life enrichment activities and recreational/leisure activities. Provide training and support services including positive approaches to learning, systematic instruction, behavioral intervention, and self-care needs. Provides transportation services for individuals.
