UP Home Health & Hospice OASIS/TEAM NURSE in Marquette, Michigan
We are seeking an exceptional RN for our Home Health & Hospice programs. Candidate must be reliable, work efficiently and possess critical thinking skills. Nursing experience and computer charting experience preferred.
· Perform OASIS/Evaluation visits for all Home Health and Hospice patients
· Work every third weekend
· No on call responsibility
· Work four days per week
