ManpowerGroup System Scheduler in Marion, North Carolina
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a System Scheduler to join their team. As a System Scheduler, you will be part of the Distribution department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and a solid understanding of scheduling processes, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: System Scheduler - 1st Shift
Location: Marion, NC
Pay Range: $19/hour
What's the Job?
Ensure efficient operation of Distribution areas by coordinating the scheduling and delivery of shipping orders.
Confirm transfer orders and manage the put away of incoming material from plant manufacturing and vendors.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Production Planning for rush orders and special instructions.
Review daily reports and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
Participate in inventory counts and perform adjustments as required.
What's Needed?
Must be able to work assigned schedule.
Good reading and math skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing, SAP, or system scheduling.
Knowledge of SAP and ability to perform scheduling and inventory functions.
