Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage warehouse activities across various shifts. This role involves directing (30-60) associates in receiving, warehousing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory, enforcing safety and quality standards, and leading a team towards operational excellence. The position requires manual movement of freight, handling food allergens, wearing personal protective equipment, and standing for extended periods. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with 3rd party freight providers and be available to work flexible schedules.
Hard Skills
2+ years or Degree as a supervisor in a warehouse environment
Inventory management and cycle counting
Operating warehouse machinery and equipment-forklift and pallet jack
Knowledge of food manufacturing and safety standards-GMP's
Preferred-Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish)
Soft Skills
Strong people management and team-building skills
Confidence in decision making and problem-solving
Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

This is a direct hire position with full benefits and PTO Day 1.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site and hands on position in Grant County, IN.
Work Environment
The position is a supervisor in a 100,000 sq ft warehouse where food products are stored after being manufactured. The role involves exposure to a range of temperatures, from cold and freezing to warmer conditions in the warehouse. Physical activity is part of the job, including lifting and operating machinery. The environment can be loud, and there may be exposure to various physical conditions and substances. Shift timings are 2nd shift: 1:30pm-10pm (Could vary) Monday-Friday,
