Washington State College of Ohio Director of Human Resources in MARIETTA, Ohio
*Position Purpose * The Director of Human Resources oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources Office and serves as the college's senior HR advisor. This position is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle---from recruitment through retirement---ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, advising administration on workforce strategy, and aligning human resources practices with institutional mission, goals, and budget.
Qualifications -- Education, Experience, and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in the HR
- Evidence of professional development in the field of concentration.
