Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Global Portfolio Quality Manager supporting the Purification and Filtration Business Drinking Water Filtration Portfolio, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Collaborating with the global Drinking Water portfolio leadership team to develop, lead and resource key quality priorities for our Drinking Water portfolio and customersManaging and developing the global quality teams at our design centers and manufacturing sitesLeading quality assurance and quality engineering in new product development, design controls, change management, manufacturing quality control, and quality systems deployment and complianceAnalyzing and resolving customer complaints, quality issues and investigations, and non-conformancesEstablishing and driving, through a culture of continuous improvement, objectives to improve customer satisfaction, prevent quality non-conformances and deviations, reduce variation in product and process, comply to product performance claims and certifications, and achieve operational excellence in our value streamsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline AND 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, quality, or laboratory organizationANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:3 years of experience interacting with customers and the business to define quality objectives and deliver resultsDemonstrated competency in essential quality engineering skills: problem solving, critical thinking, statistical data analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), interpersonal communication, documentation and presentationAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with drinking water filtration products and certifications (eg. NSF, WQA)Product and process experience in non-wovens, carbon block, injection molding and automated assemblyQuality or Regulatory leadership experience within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or food contact industriesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborationCompetency in leading internal and extern l audit activitiesSix Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experienceChange Management experience of programs with significant strategic importanceWork location:Hybrid in St. Paul at least 2 days per weekTravel: May include up to 20% domestic and internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
