Here, you will make an impact by:Implement POS & CB data management solutions to improve data acquisition, processing and qualityDevelop reports in multiple platforms based on evolving business needsMentor and provide leadership to junior analystsAct as an SME to the Americas Point-of-Sale & Chargeback teamDrive E2E process efficiency and lead projects in the POS & CB team related to SAP deployments and from other 3M processes related to separation.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree AND five (5) years of experience in POS &CB, reporting, data management and ERP systems.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND a minimum of (9) years of experience in POS &CB, reporting, data management and ERP systems.In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Minimum of three (3) year of experience working with cross functional teams and key distributors is required.Minimum of three (3) year of experience working with Vistex and SAPAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Advanced knowledge of SQL, Lumira and Power BIStrong problem solving, reasoning and analytical skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProject management, Lean, Green Belt experienceFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
