Boston Scientific Senior Product Manager, WATCHMAN in Maple Grove, Minnesota

About the role: We are looking for a high performing, self-driven Senior Product Manager to support ongoing WATCHMAN product launch efforts. This role will work closely with the broader WATCHMAN marketing team, various cross-functional partners, the US sales team, and key physicians. This role requires a high degree of collaboration, strategic thinking, attention to detail, a flexible mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. This person will have high visibility within the organization and with customers, and must be able to communicate professionally and effectively. This position is based out of our Maple Grove, MN facility with a hybrid work mode. Your responsibilities will include: Develop a robust understanding of the current and future WATCHMAN portfolio, LAAC procedure, and relevant clinical data Lead launch operations efforts to facilitate execution of our product launches Drive physician engagement and content development initiatives to support product launches Develop and execute initiatives to activate the sales team to achieve business goals Support other product launch and continuation marketing efforts across the WATCHMAN portfolio Continuously measure the impact of efforts and drive real time improvement across all initiatives Establish strong relationships with other functions impacting franchise marketing activities (Clinical, R&D, Global Marketing, Competitive Marketing, Regulatory affairs, etc.) Collaborate and align with marketing team counterparts and cross-functional team members to ensure a coordinated plan to deliver overall revenue and profit objectives, as well as product forecasting Required qualifications: Undergraduate degree Minimum 5years of successful related business experience; pharmaceutical, medical device, advertising agency experience 3+ years Brand Marketing/Product Management/Field experience Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree Strong clinical acumen in LAAC or related field Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical topics Requisition ID:578424 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
