Boston Scientific Senior Finance Manager, Integration & Optimization in Maple Grove, Minnesota

About the role: The Senior Finance Manager plays a critical role in two key areas within the Peripheral Interventions divisions. First, they oversee the financial integration of new acquisitions into BSC. Second, they drive Value Improvement Projects to achieve BSC's strategic Gross Margin and Operating Income goals. Your responsibilities will include: Drives the strategic plan for Finance post-acquisition(s) integration activities in PI. Manages, tracks, and reports on the finance integration project plan, ensuring timely closure of tasks and addressing gaps while looking ahead for continuous improvement Advises cross-functional team members in BSC and acquired entities, managing processes such as legal entity creation, cost centers, and general ledger accounts. Maintains an accounting integration 'playbook' for major activities, including consolidations, order to cash, payables, month-end close, treasury and internal controls. Manages and ensures an accurate, efficient, reliable, and timely month-end close process for non-integrated entities Collaborates with cross-functional teams to inspire, drive and support Value Improvement and cost effectiveness to deliver business outcomes to drive cost effectiveness Partners with leaders and champions employees to share best practices and further accelerate the rate of improvement. Project manage global projects with cross-functional teams to drive improved performance Influences adoption of improvement ideas and communicates best practices within Boston Scientific. What we're looking for: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field 10+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, SAP, and Hyperion; or equivalent applications Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across Finance and other functions globally Detail-oriented, focused on integrity, and a team player. Able to prioritize in tight timelines, take initiative, and use analytical skills.
