Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Maple Grove, Minnesota. In this role, you will be entrusted with managing and recording financial data in accordance with regulatory standards. You will be performing daily bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and record financial transactions accurately in the system
• Utilize QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks
• Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Efficiently handle tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing financial data
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the correctness of transactions
• Prepare financial statements in line with standard accounting practices
• Execute month-end close procedures for timely reporting
• Process payroll and payroll taxes in line with statutory requirements
• Record journal entries accurately and manage the general ledger. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skill in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Experience in managing Payroll
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
