Wellspring Community Support Services Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker in Mansfield, Pennsylvania
Wellspring Community Support Services is looking for individuals to employ in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. Wellspring's approach is person-centered with emphasis on skill development. We promote wellness, health and recovery. We are looking for individuals with positive energy and an optimistic outlook. Job candidates must possess good writing skills good oral communication skills and good computer skills. Good time management and organizational skills are essential. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, an Associate's Degree and 1 year experience in the mental health direct service, a CPS certification and 1 additional year paid or volunteer work experience in mental health direct service or a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years work experience in human services which must include 1 year in mental health direct service. Persons with knowledge of recovery principals will receive preference. Full time and part time hours are available. These positions may require some evening and weekend hours.
