Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join the team for a long-term project, and based on performance, there may be permanent career opportunities.You will work independently and with the Enterprise Transformation team to support the company's initiative to roll out the Horizon (Oracle) Cloud system. You will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. As well as being responsible for supporting the department with daily operations, administrative tasks, and participating in all milestones of Horizon projects. Your Responsibilities: Support Tasks: Assist with daily admin tasks and projects. Learn: Gain industry knowledge through daily interactions. Deliverables: Support internal and external transformation projects. Data Handling: Perform data entry and testing. Research: Prepare information and research materials. Reporting: Generate and distribute status reports. Organize: Update and organize shared documents. Presentations: Gather data for presentations. Community: Participate in the Business Analyst Community. Documentation: Write designs, test scripts, and training materials. Requirements: Roll out and document business system requirements. Testing: Participate in testing activities. User Stories: Create detailed user stories. Problem Solving: Research and develop solutions. Collaboration: Present ideas to agile teams. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned. You Must Have: Education: Enrolled in a four-year degree program in IT or Business Administration, or equivalent. Skills: Excellent organization, follow-through, and analytical skills. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy. Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Communication: Effective verbal and written skills. Deadline Management: Perform tasks under work deadlines. Self-Starter: Highly motivated and well-organized. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17 - 19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
