Production Technician Responsibilities: - Produce, finish, inspect, package and label parts produced by injection molding machines - Read written work instructions to operate injection molding equipment in manual and semi-automatic mode - Identify and document quality problems, following established quality control procedures - Clip or trim finished parts using hand tools such as X-Acto knife, clippers or pliers - Assemble finished parts with or without additional non-molded components - Measure finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Operate various pieces of secondary equipment including mills, CNCs, and drill presses - Weigh and package finished parts - Assemble boxes for packaging - Monitor scrap - Provide backup assistance in production and/or assembly as assigned - Follow established safety policies and procedures - Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Able to stand or walk for duration of shift - Able to lift up to 60lbs occasionally - Previous industrial experience - Flexibility with shift availability - Positive attitude - Good math and communication skills - Excellent attendance ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: manitowocresumes@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/756879 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
