Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Achieve performance targets related to service excellence and transaction accuracy. Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly. Follow all operational and security protocols to maintain compliance and safety. Communicate effectively with members and team members in person, via phone, and through email to provide support and answer inquiries. Adapt to different tasks and locations, traveling between branches as necessary. Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required. Basic math and computer proficiency is essential. Experience in customer service is advantageous; cash handling experience is preferred. Reliable transportation is needed for traveling between branches. What We Offer: Competitive starting pay of \$17.50/hour, plus an additional \$1.00/hour for floating roles.
