RELX INC Product Success Analyst in Manila, Philippines

The Digital Product Success Analyst will work with RX technology (Gtech) to drive product value and ensure the digital event platform maximizes value for RX business units (BUs). They will be a link between BUs and product teams, both as ambassadors for our platform, as well as championing a results driven approach to product development requests. This role is vital to the success of RX as a whole in a changing economic and digital landscape.

Accountabilities:

Business Unit Digital Stakeholder Management

  • Actively engage with regional/local business units to promote and drive adoption of the global organization’s own digital products to maximize value, including training

  • Manage assigned digital products/business units, monitoring status of product adoption, attending to queries, identifying roadblocks, and assisting in mitigating/resolving said roadblocks to ensure progress in implementation of said products

  • Handle rollout of new digital products to the business units

  • Develop User Manuals and other training and support materials, consistently update existing ones, and other documentation tasks

  • Serve as the Subject-Matter-Expert on RX Platforms, cultivating awareness of the digital products and accompanying developments, encouraging best-practice sharing, and conducting regular meetings with a global audience composed of colleagues involved/interested in the topic

  • Deliver trainings to end users of the digital products, assist with technical questions/concerns, and ensure optimal usage

  • Gather and analyze data and create reports on usage, issues, and improvement opportunities

  • Ensure BU’s business needs are met

Product Partnering

  • Be the voice of the BU digital teams, encourage best practice in bringing products to market

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key RX partners including Product Management, Support, Operations, and BU regional teams

  • Deliver projects which support product development, commercial, legal or technical requirements outside the product teams

  • Assist with any required governance ensuring regional offices meet global compliance requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field

  • Must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Must have experience in negotiating and supporting product adoption

  • Must have experience working in the IT/technology sector

  • Must have experience working with North Star Metrics or KPIs

  • Knowledge of Agile Principles and Ways of Working in the context of product development

  • Stakeholder management: ability to manage expectations and communicate with different stakeholders, well-presented and approachable

  • Data gathering, understand research objectives and identify what data needs to be collected, liaising with relevant stakeholders to gather appropriate data

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI

  • Experience working with in-house developed digital products highly desirable, understanding the context and challenges posed by in-house developed digital products

  • Preferably with experience delivering training or creating training material

  • Preferably experience assessing user readiness or user capability and designing appropriate action plan

  • Understanding product performance and interpreting performance driver trees for digital products, and making action plans accordingly

  • Managing enhancement requests for digital products

  • Collaborating with product owners
