Lead Development Executive

LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) is looking for a smart and quick learner as The Lead Development Executive to join its international team.

The Lead Development Executive (LDE) is an important member within the marketing organization, playing a critical role in executing prospecting and qualifying inbound marketing engaged leads. The LDE's primary objective is to market and promote LNRS to prospective customers, deliver qualified leads to the sales team and help the regional marketing team execute campaigns and prospecting activities for targeted markets and customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 - 5+ years of high tech sales/marketing/partner team experience including internship- Work hard and strong interest in the technology careers- Willingness to learn and willingness to fail, but always willing to try- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization- Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast- Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills- Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM application and Eloqua or any other marketing automation systems- Proficiency in spoken and written English. Any regional language will be an advantage

  • Report to regional management on prospecting progress providing relevant information that can be presented up the sales management chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help execute in-market ‘blitz days’ to increate downstream commercial momentum

  • Help regional teams in the last mile execution of in-market integrated campaigns across identified verticals or accounts

  • Responsible for prospecting with the marketing engaged leads for the assigned territory- Experiment new ideas in order to expand commercial success and exceed target quota- Deliver information on marketing campaigns, promotions, and services via phone or emails- Ensure all data is captured and tracked into the organisation systems- Articulate and deliver prepared pitch talks that describe LNRS products, services, and pricing in order to persuade potential customers to purchase

  • Keeping a detailed log of calls and reporting standards, as defined by the regional teams

  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of customer painpoints and clearly articulate LNRS capabilities and advantages to prospects
