Hyatt Chef de Cuisine - Peak Grill in MANILA, Philippines

We are looking for a well-experienced Chef de Cuisine – Peak Grill who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of The Peak Grill kitchen,a stylish grill restaurant featuring fresh seafood and premium cuts of meat.

This role will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation and logistics in the kitchen, managing an efficient kitchen team and implementing policies and procedures. He/She will be working closely with the restaurant manager in building and guiding the whole team in the restaurant.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

  • Progressive career in kitchen operations in a fine dining restaurant, preferably in international luxury brands or Michelin-star establishments, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Undeniable great cooking skills with a flair for plating food with modern techniques

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards

  • Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems

  • Strong management and leadership capabilities

  • Passion for working with people
