Job Description

CASI, Cruise Administration Services Inc , a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines currently has a Asset Data System Support role available.

Job Summary:

Provide support for CCL Technical ERP System (e.g. Infoship or Amos) for Items, inventory, maintenance,

supply chain processes. Creates & Modify technical data entries for Job cards, Maintenance object cards,

Technical asset structure, Items, Budget, and Contracts for the entire CCL fleet. Ensure that data is aligned

between Ship & Shore database installations.

Essential functions:

  • Provide User support (Items Mngt., Maintenance & Supply Chain processes)through Service Now ticketing system. Ensure that Incident tickets are processed ina timely manner and resolve in the system once completed – Login to ServiceNow(SNOW) system everyday. Review ad analyze new incident tickets and assign themto its proper designated team to resolve the issues.

  • Enter Technical Machinery data (Machinery Cards & Items) for CCL ships in theInfoshipSql system – Login to Infoshipsql system and open technical treeviewstructure. Select designated Machinery card object. Review and verify the quality ofdata before insertion in the database.

  • Enter Planned Maintenance Data for Technical Machinery and link to properequipment in the InfoshipSql system. - Login to Infoshipsql system and openMaintenance job cards. Load to generate new Job card ID. Create a link todesignated Machinery card maintenance. Review and verify the quality of databefore insertion in the database

  • Analyze Machinery Cards & Spare parts Data for proper standardization ofinformation across the fleet. – Open microsoft office Excel. Open file for analysis.Cross check data with Infoshipsql extracted machinery card and Item card excel andmodify database when needed.

  • Ensure Data Validation of Suppliers Price List and Budget prior to creation in theInfoshipSql system. - Open microsoft office Excel. Open file for analysis. Cross check data with Infoshipsql extracted Global item cards excel. Submit validated excel file to database administrator for final approval before creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5-year experience in Systems supporting InventoryControl Mngt, Warehousing, Ship Technical Engineering.

  • Technical Machineries and Spare parts Knowledge

  • ServiceNow, Data formatting, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word,Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Organization skills: ability to set priorities and meet challengingdeadlines.
