Job Summary

Responsible for the design, implementation, operational support of the Company internet protocol network. Provides expert-level technical advice and support for real time analysis, design, testing, and operations of internet protocol router networks, etc. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and recommend changes in operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.

• Serves as subject matter expert on one or more business solutions for products that enable customers to stream, track, and monetize their content online.

• Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers. Develops and documents strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions.

• Translates complex technical design requirements into information that customers can understand and respond to.

• Architects solutions during presales process based on the ability to translate business requirements directly from customers.

• Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.

• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
